Who am I?

I’m Juan, and for as long as I can remember I’ve been curious and creative. Not as an occasional trait, but as a way of being in the world. As a child I was already fascinated by looking through a screen: cinema was my first map, my first journey, my way of understanding light, time and stories. Photography followed, along with constant questions and a deep desire to understand how things worked. In time I discovered that travelling was the most honest way to keep looking at the world through those same eyes. That way of seeing eventually became my professional path and my way of life.
For me, travel has never been an escape or simply a collection of destinations. Above all, it has been an emotional education, much like a film unfolding scene by scene. In Paris I learnt to measure time while eating a croissant and looking at Notre Dame, as if the city were being filmed in a still shot, breathing slowly. In Brussels, to enjoy a beer in the Petit Sablon, watching life pass without asking permission. In Berlin, to lose myself for hours in Mies van der Rohe’s museum, understanding that space, like cinema, can tell a story without words. In London, to wander through Camden or Brick Lane, where every object holds a story waiting to be told. In Rome, to find the best pizza in Trastevere, away from the main spotlight. And in Capri, to take a boat and let the hours dissolve over an intensely blue sea, like a scene that needs no dialogue.
Brazil taught me another way to listen. In Praia do Forte, the silence of turtles making their way towards the sea reminded me that the most powerful images don’t always make a sound. Lisbon and Porto, with their imperfect and slightly faded design, showed me the beauty of passing time: that patina which, in cinema and in life, turns experience into identity.
I’ve also lost — and found — myself in Palermo and Buenos Aires; felt the weight of time in Petra; followed the scents and sounds of Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar; danced to the rhythm of Salvador de Bahia and walked beneath New York’s cinematic light. I’ve been shaped by the contrasts of the United Arab Emirates, where the future seems to be filmed in real time; the suspended calm of the Philippines, with beaches that teach you to breathe more slowly; and luminous, vibrant Mexico, a place where life expresses itself with the intensity of a great story.
I also firmly believe in the power of artificial intelligence as a creative ally. I use it to explore new ways of storytelling: from creating a podcast to composing a song, experimenting with images or developing new ways to share experiences. For me, technology doesn’t replace emotion; it amplifies it.
Today I bring travel, curiosity, technology and emotion together to create experiences that leave a lasting impression.
